At Woman to Wombman, we want you to feel good about your purchase from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. Please take a moment to review our shipping and return guidelines below.

1. Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional processing time during launches, promotions, holidays, and periods of high order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Pre-Orders

Products marked PRE-ORDER will ship according to the estimated timeframe listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Please note that pre-order items are not shipped immediately.

If your order includes both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your items may ship together when the pre-order becomes available.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Woman to Wombman is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

* Be in its original condition

* Be free from damage, markings, or other signs of use

Because our journals are designed for personal reflection and writing, journals that have been written in, marked, damaged, or otherwise used are not eligible for return.
